Welcome to GayBFF. By creating an account you agree to these Terms. GayBFF is a community for making friends in the LGBTQ+ community — it is not a dating or hookup service. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your phone number and login secure. Provide accurate information, use your real first name and real photos of yourself, and complete identity verification when asked. One account per person. By providing your phone number you agree to receive service text messages from GayBFF — a sign-up confirmation and a notice when your city opens. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not close your account.
GayBFF has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive members. You agree not to: harass, bully, threaten, or hate on anyone; post sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content; use GayBFF for dating, hookups, solicitation, or commercial spam; impersonate anyone or misrepresent your age, gender, or location; or collect other members' information. Every member accepts these terms before creating an account or signing in. We review every report, and we remove objectionable content and terminate the accounts of abusive members — typically within 24 hours of a report.
You keep ownership of the photos and text you add. You grant GayBFF a limited license to host and display that content within the app so we can provide the service. You are responsible for the content you share.
You can report or block any member at any time, from their profile or from your chat with them — tap the menu in the top right. Reports are reviewed by our team. Verification and moderation help, but you are responsible for your own safety when meeting people; meet in public and use good judgment.
GayBFF is free to start conversations with a limited number of people, with unlimited replies. GayBFF Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered in Monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and Annual plans. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
You may delete your account anytime from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the community at risk.
GayBFF is provided "as is." We do not guarantee you will make friends or that every member is who they claim to be. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GayBFF is not liable for interactions between members or for indirect or incidental damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms; we will revise the "Last updated" date and notify you of material changes in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
